Aam Ka Peda Recipe with Ingredients and Method
| INGREDIENTS |
| 500 gms - alphanso mango pulp
250 gms - mava 500 gms - powdered sugar 25 gms - ghee |
| METHOD |
| 1. Take a pan. Put mango pulp in it. Add 12 gms ghee .
2. Make a thick mixture. 3. Take it off from fire and keep it aside . 4. Take a pan. Put mava and remaining ghee. 5. Put it on fire for five minutes and mix well. 6. When it cools down, add mango mixture and sugar in it. 9. Mix well and make small balls. |
