Chiku Barfi Recipe with Ingredients and Method
| INGREDIENTS |
| 6 Chiku
3 tbsp Milk powder 3 tbsp Condensed Milk 2 tbsp Ghee 2 tbsp Chopped Almonds Silver foil for Garnishing |
| METHOD |
| Skin the chikus and chop them finely. Cook them on a low flame for a while. Add ghee and cook for other 2 minutes.
Add condensed milk and milk powder and cook the mixture for another 5 minutes. Wait until the mixture leaves the side and pour it in a greased plate. Garnish it with almonds and siver foil. Keep it in the refrigerator for an hour. Cut them into diamond shape. |
