Chocolate Receipe with Ingredients and Method
| INGREDIENTS |
| Cocoa powder: 1\2 cup
Milk powder: 1 1\2 cup Sugar: 2 cup Butter: 2 tsp Chopped Nuts: for garnishing |
| METHOD |
| 1. In a bowl put the sugar and add water until the sugar dissolves.
2. Place the sugar mixture on low flame ad keep stirring until the sugar solution becomes thick and gives thread like texture. 3. Add the butter and stir well. 4. Add cocoa & milk powder, stir without lumps & wait until the mixture thickens into burfi consistency. 5. Add chopped nuts & mix well. 6. Pour into pre greased plate and cut into desired shapes & serve.. |
