 Coconut and Banana Raita Recipe with Ingredients and Method

INGREDIENTS
3 ripe bananas
2 cups curds(beaten)
2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
1/4 cup cold milk
1/2 tsp black pepper (fresh ground)
2 tbsp fresh coconut(sliced)
  METHOD
1. Mix the curds, milk, sugar, salt, blackpepper and coconut slices together.
2. Peel and chop the bananas into pieces.
3. Mix it with curds and serve cold.
