Gajar Ka Halva with Ingredients and Method
| INGREDIENTS |
| 750 gms Carrots
1 litre Milk 1 tin Condensed Milk 2 tbsp Ghee 2 tbsp Sugar Garnishing Raisins Nuts Almonds |
| METHOD |
| Grate
the carrots. Add to milk and bring it to a boil. Add condensed milk and
only 2 tbsp of sugar. Cook it on a slow flame till the milk dries up
(approxiamtely 30 minutes). Keep stirring it in between.
Add 2 tbsp ghee and cook for another 10 minutes. Garnish it with nuts, raisins and almonds. Serve hot. |
