Green Garlic Aromised Parotha Recipe

  INGREDIENTS
Green Garlic 50 grms.
Bajra or Wheat Flour Parotha
Pure Cow Ghee
Salt
  METHOD
1. Chop Green Garlic alongwith its leaves in very thin parts.
2. Boil Ghee in Copper or Mud cup.
3. Fry the choped garlic lightly.
4. Pour the ghee and fry garlic on Parotha and cover the pour     indigrents with same cup.
5. You will have good Aroma of Garlic on Parotha.
6. Churn Parotha with pour ghee and garlic alongwith salt.
7. Eat with cup of Youghurt in Morning as a snack.
8. Good for Winter and Blood Purification,
