Instant Gajar Ka Halwa with Ingredients and Method

 

 
 
 INGREDIENTS
Grated Carrot - 500g
Sugar - 250g
Khoya - 250g
Ghee - 4- 5 Tsp
Milk - 1 Cup
Dry Fruits - As Desired
  METHOD
Boil grated carrot in pressure cooker upto 2 whistles.
Squeeze them well and fry with ghee.
Add milk and cook for 1-2 minutes.
In an another pan heat khoya till it become soft.
Add this khoya to carrot.
Cook for 1 minute.
At last add sugar and cook again for 4-5 minutes.
Garnish with dry fruits.
Serve.
