Mango Curry Recipe with Ingredients and Method
| INGREDIENTS |
| 1 medium size raw mango
2 tbsp groundnut/sunflower oil 4 tbsp gram flour 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp aesophoeteda 1/2 tsp turmeric Salt to taste |
| METHOD |
| 1. Chop the mango in small pieces
2. Make a runny paste of gram flour. 3. Heat the oil in a saucepan 4. Add the fenugreek seeds. 5. When the seeds turn brown, add heeng, turmeric, salt and the chopped mango. 6. Add two cups of water. 7. Add salt and then bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for a few minutes. 8. Add the gram flour paste while stirring continuously for 2-3 minutes. 9. Add sugar to the curry and bring the mixture to a boil. 10. Your delicious and tangy Mango Curry is ready to eat. 11. Serve with plain rice. |
