Potato Halwa Recipe with Ingredients and Method

 
 INGREDIENTS
Boiled Potato -4(big)
Ghee-1cup
Sugar-1cup
Elaichi powder-1tsp
Dry fruits for garnishing
  METHOD
mash the boiled popatoes.
heat ghee in a pan and then add the mashed potatoes.fry till the raw smell goes off.Now add the sugar and keep turning for 5min.add the elaichi powder and let it cook for another 2-3min.When the colour changes to a light golden,it means its done.
