Seviyan Kheer Recipe with Ingredients and Method

| 50 gms Vermicelli (sevaiyan)
1 tin Condensed Milk 1 cup Milk 2 tbsp Butter Garnishing Raisins Nuts Almonds |
| METHOD |
| 1. Take 2 tbsp of butter in a pan and fry the vermicelli till it turns slightly brown.
2. Add 1 cup milk and 1 tin condensed milk and keep stirring it. 3. Allow it to cook till it becomes thick. 4. Garnish with chopped raisins, nuts and almonds. |
