Spicy Potatoes Recipe with Ingredients and Method
| INGREDIENTS |
| 2 large potatoes - finely diced
2 large onions - finely chopped 1.5 tsp mustard seeds 4-5 green chillies - finely chopped 1 1/2 tbsp. Everest Sambhar Masala 3 tbsp. grated coconut 1 tsp. corriander leaves 1 tbsp. oil |
| METHOD |
| 1. In a wok, heat oil and add mustard seeds.
2. When seeds begin to crackle, add chopped onion. Saute for 2-3 minutes on high heat or till the onion turns translucent. 3.Add green chilles and suate for 1 minute. 4. Add finely diced potatoes and sprikle sambhar masala. 5. Stir on high heat for a minute and then simmer till cooked with a lid on the wok. 6. When done add grated coconut and garnish with chopped corriander leaves. 7. Serve hot with dal and roti. |
