  Coconut and Banana Raita Recipe with Ingredients and Method INGREDIENTS 3 ripe bananas 2 cups curds(beaten) 2 tsp sugar Salt to taste 1/4 cup cold milk 1/2 tsp black pepper (fresh ground) 2 tbsp fresh coconut(sliced)   METHOD 1. Mix the curds, milk, sugar, salt, blackpepper and coconut slices together. 2. Peel and chop the bananas into pieces. 3. Doodhi Raita Recipe with Ingredients and Method  INGREDIENTS 1 cup grated doodhi (bottlegourd) 2 cups fresh curds 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp cumin powder 3/4 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste 1 tsp ground sugar 1/2 tsp each cumin and mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp coriander chopped finely   METHOD Boil grated doodhi in a little water till soft. 1. Drain, keep aside cool. 2. Crush the seeds together coarsely with stone or pestle. 3. Beat curds and milk together till smooth. 4. Add all ingredients including gourd. 5. Mix well and chill for an hour before serving. Spicy Potatoes Recipe with Ingredients and Method   INGREDIENTS 2 large potatoes - finely diced 2 large onions - finely chopped 1.5 tsp mustard seeds 4-5 green chillies - finely chopped 1 1/2 tbsp. Everest Sambhar Masala 3 tbsp. grated coconut 1 tsp. corriander leaves 1 tbsp. oil   METHOD 1. In a wok, heat oil and add mustard seeds. 2. When seeds begin to crackle, add chopped onion. Saute for 2-3 minutes on high heat or till the onion turns translucent. 3.Add green chilles and suate for 1 minute. 4. Add finely diced potatoes and sprikle sambhar masala. 5. Stir on high heat for a minute and then simmer till cooked with a lid on the wok. 6. When done add grated coconut and garnish with chopped corriander leaves. 7. Serve hot with dal and roti. Chicken Korma Recipe with Ingredients and Method  INGREDIENTS Onions Garlic Ginger Salt Chilli Powder Garam Masala Tomatoes grinded finely Chicken boneless cut into pieces Korma Masala Cream(optional) Green Chillies   METHOD 1. Make paste of Ginger, Garlic and Onions now put some Oil in Kadai and add the paste into it cook until it gets golden brown. 2. Now add grinded Tomatoes into it and add Salt, Chilli Powder, Garam Masala and Korma Masala into it and add finely chopped Green Chillies into it and cook for 2-3 minutes. 3. Now add pieces of Chicken into it and some water. 4. Now cook for atleast 1 hour sometimes in between cover it with lid so that chicken gets tender and cook on medium flame for 1 hour. 5.  Shahi Paneer Recipe with Ingredients and Method INGREDIENTS onion, paneer, tomatoes, tomato sauce, elaichee, butter, oil, thick yogurt (curd), milk   METHOD chop one big onion finely, dont grate it just chop finely. chop green chillies finely and make 1 spoon ginger paste. first of all heat oil in pan and add elaichee powder(3 pinches) and then add onions, chillies and ginger paste. mean while chop 4 midium size tomatoes finely and wen onions start turning pink add these tomatoes. now add some salt and cook this well. Take half a cup thick curd and add it to onion tomatoes thing. stir well and add a cup of water.   Kesar Kulfi Recipe with Ingredients and Method INGREDIENTS 1 litre milk (full Cream) 1 tsp chhoti elaichi (green cardomom) - finely grounded 2 pinches - kesar(saffron) 6 tbsp sugar 20-25 almonds - cut into halves 2 tbsp - grated pista   METHOD 1. Boil the milk so that it gets reduced to it's 1/4th of the original quantity taken. 2. Add kesar to the milk while boiling. 3. When the milk is reduced as directed, allow it to cool. 4. When cool, add sugar to the milk and mix it thoroughly. 5. Add elaichi and pista. 6. Put the milk mixture so prepared into kulfi moulds. (If you don't have kulfi moulds, you can pour the kulfi mixture in ice trays) 7.
